Terms of Service.

The terms that govern your use of this website and the Stewardship service it describes.

Last updated September 2026

01Who we are

Crewzz provides owner-side Stewardship for private residential projects. In these terms, “Crewzz”, “we” and “us” mean Crewzz and the team that delivers the service. “You” means the person or entity using this website or engaging our services.

02Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Where a signed agreement exists between you and Crewzz, that agreement governs the services and takes precedence over anything inconsistent in these terms.

03What this website is

This website describes a service. It is not an offer, a quotation, a design, or professional advice.

Descriptions of scope, process and availability are indicative. Service scope, fees and availability are agreed individually and are confirmed only in a signed agreement.

04Scope of services

Crewzz acts for the homeowner. Our role is to represent your interests, and the interests of the home, as one thing: asking better questions, connecting the relevant expertise, documenting decisions and following through.

The exact scope of any engagement is set out in the agreement between us, and work outside that scope is agreed separately.

05No professional responsibility assumed

Crewzz does not replace or assume the responsibilities of architects, engineers, contractors, or other professionals unless expressly agreed to in a contract entered into between Crewzz and the client.

Independent professionals remain fully responsible for their own work, designs, calculations, specifications and compliance with applicable law, code and licensing requirements.

Nothing on this website is architectural, engineering, construction, legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

06Your decisions remain yours

Crewzz informs decisions; it does not make them for you. Approvals, selections, budgets, contracts and instructions remain your responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for reviewing what we produce before you act on it.

07Fees and payment

Our service fee is agreed when the scope and planned construction budget are approved. No choice of contractor, supplier, material or solution increases our fee.

Invoicing, payment terms, expenses and any third-party costs are set out in the agreement between us.

08Affiliated companies

SOD Home Group is a separate design-build company under common ownership with Crewzz. Crewzz is not obliged to recommend SOD Home Group, and homeowners are not obliged to choose it.

Where an affiliated company is considered, the relationship is disclosed and that company’s agreement, pricing and responsibilities remain separate from ours.

09Independent professionals and third parties

We may introduce, coordinate or comment on architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other specialists. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, they are independent of Crewzz, contracted by you, and responsible for their own work.

10Your responsibilities

To get the most from the service, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate and complete information about the home, the site, the project and your intentions.
  • Make decisions and provide instructions within reasonable timeframes.
  • Obtain and maintain the permits, approvals and insurances your project requires.
  • Honour the terms of your own agreements with professionals and suppliers.
  • Tell us promptly about anything that may affect the project, the budget or the schedule.

11Confidentiality

We treat information about you, your home and your project as confidential. We share it only with the people who need it to deliver the service, or where we are required to by law.

12Intellectual property

The content, layout, graphics, text and marks on this website belong to Crewzz or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission.

Documents we prepare for you are for your project. They may not be reused on another project, or relied on by another party, without our written consent.

13Concept imagery

Imagery on this website is illustrative. Unless expressly stated, photographs, renders and diagrams are concept imagery and do not depict Crewzz projects, Crewzz clients or completed Crewzz work.

14Availability and changes to the service

Service scope and availability are agreed individually and may differ by location, project type and timing.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website, or the services described on it, at any time.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or expectation.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16Termination

Either party may end an engagement in the manner set out in the agreement between us.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Crewzz is established, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the agreement between us states otherwise.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies.

19Contact us

Questions about these terms, or about an engagement, can be sent to info@crewzz.com or raised by phone on +1-844-309-0999.
