Crewzz wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their ability, device or assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not something we add afterwards.

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat this as an ongoing commitment rather than a finished state.

The measures currently in place on this site include:

• A logical heading structure and landmark regions so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Keyboard access to navigation, links, forms and controls, with visible focus states.
• Text and interface colours chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty alternatives for purely decorative ones.
• Layouts that reflow and remain usable when the page is zoomed or viewed on a small screen.
• Motion that respects the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system where possible.
• Form fields with persistent labels and clear, plain-language error messages.

We are aware of areas where accessibility still depends on third parties, and we are working on them:

• Embedded third-party content — our video player and our chat widget — is supplied by other providers and we do not fully control its behaviour or keyboard support.
• Some downloadable documents may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.
• Older content may not yet have been reviewed against the guidelines above.

This statement is based on our own evaluation of the website, combined with the standards and practices we follow when building and reviewing it. It was last reviewed in September 2026.

We review the site against the guidelines above as we add or change content, we act on the feedback we receive, and we keep third-party embeds under review so that anything we cannot make accessible is offered through an alternative route.
